This became the foundation for the third chapter of Pantene’s long-term initiative, #HairHasNoGender. With the largest cast to date, 12 individuals from around the globe, hailing from different industries: a professor’s assistant, a fashion model, a lawyer, and a carpenter, told their stories.
Through each of their stories echoes the undeniable experience of exclusion and lack of acceptance in the workplace. This is precisely the stigma that Pantene (and we) strive to change with #HairHasNoGender.
